  • 1 bag of tortilla chips
  • 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (or your preferred cheese)
  • 1 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup of sliced jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2 cup of sliced black olives
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 1 avocado, diced

  6. Remove from the oven and top with the diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno peppers, black olives, and cilantro.
  7. Drizzle the sour cream over the top of the nachos.
  8. Serve with diced avocado on the side.
